We, Herofly, LLC, as the data controller, collect only the minimum data required to provide core religious features such as prayer times, qibla direction, and offline Quran listening. This may include approximate location data (for prayer time and qibla calculation), device information, and app usage data.

Data is collected automatically through device permissions and in-app interactions, based on legitimate interest and service necessity. Falak does not collect sensitive personal identity data.

Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is processed solely to:

• Calculate accurate prayer times based on location,

• Enable offline Quran audio access,
• Improve app performance and stability,

Offline Quran & Local Storage

Quran audio files downloaded for offline listening are stored locally on your device. Falak does not upload, analyze, or share your Quran listening activity with any server.

Falak does not sell or rent your personal data. Limited, anonymized technical data may be shared with trusted service providers (such as crash reporting or infrastructure services) strictly to maintain app functionality.
