Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Falak – Prayer Times, Qibla & Quran App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Falak is designed to assist Muslims in their daily worship, including prayer time tracking, qibla direction, dhikr, and offline Quran listening. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

Falak is intended for users of all ages. You agree to use the app respectfully and only for its intended religious and informational purposes. You agree NOT to:

Use the app for unlawful or harmful activities,
Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the app,
Disrupt or interfere with the app’s functionality,
Use the app in a way that contradicts its religious purpose.

            Important: Falak is a faith-based application.
            Any misuse that harms the integrity, stability, or intent of the app
            may result in restricted access.
        

3. Content & Quran Audio

Falak provides Quran audio, prayer times, and religious content for personal, non-commercial use. Offline Quran audio files are stored locally on your device. Falak does not track or upload your listening activity.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of Falak is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how limited data (such as location for prayer calculations) is handled and protected.

5. Subscriptions & Premium Features

Falak may offer optional premium features (such as ad-free usage or enhanced content). By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation,
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal,
You can manage or cancel subscriptions via App Store Account Settings,
Subscription fees are non-refundable in accordance with Apple policies.

6. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Falak if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected. Users may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

7. Disclaimer

Falak is provided “as is” for informational and spiritual assistance purposes. While we strive for accuracy in prayer times and content, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This app is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of Falak is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) .
